Red Membership is a prepaid membership subscription service that allows you unlimited monthly access to the TFC Red Members Training Sessions at Technical Football Centre, Riverside Avenue, Bournemouth, Dorset, BH7 7ES.
Red Membership will allow you to book into the designated ‘Red Members Training Sessions’ on the TFC online booking facility.
Priority will be given to Red Membership players for booking into any peak or off peak Free Roam sessions.
Red Membership is charged at £36 and must be paid for via our payment facility online.
Membership Cards should only be used by the member, TFC reserve the right to spot check on arrival membership card details and player details. By passing your card to another player to gain entry you risk being refused entry or being asked to pay the applicable session fee.
Other advertised sessions are able to be booked but must be paid for separately, these include but are not limited to:-
One to One Coaching, Shared Coaching Sessions, Small Group Coaching Sessions, Team Bookings or Birthday Parties

How can I pay for a Red Membership?
Online via our website on the Memberships page.
Players will automatically be charged and become members on the date they sign up and Red Membership will commence immediately.

How can I book with my Red Membership?
Bookings can be made via our website, at the centre or over the phone during opening hours. Red Members will need to book into the Red Members Training Session which can be found via the Red Members tab on the Book a Session page.

All other advertised sessions can be booked but must be paid for seperately.
Can I cancel my Red Membership?
Yes, you can cancel your TFC Red Membership at any time with no additional cost.
MANAGING YOUR MEMBERSHIP
Once you have purchased your Red Membership you will receive a confirmation email. You will be able to access your details on the My Account section on the TFC website. You can view your upcoming and past bookings in this area.
If you wish to change your payment date, you will need to cancel your account and restart it on the day you prefer to be billed.
If you wish to cancel your Red Membership at any time please follow these steps;
1. Contact the TFC centre on firstname.lastname@example.org and confirm your wish to cancel your Red Membership along with your name.
2. There are no cancellation charges and you are free to cancel at any time.
3. If preferred, you can contact your bank and cancel the arrangement, again at no additional cost.
Please note; if you cancel in the middle of your billing cycle, the cancellation will not fully complete until the end of that cycle and you will still be able to book.
(Example: if you purchase a plan on the 02/03, the next payment date will be the 02/04 – if you cancel in-between these two dates you will be able to book up to and including the 2nd April.)
If you book in advance of your cancellation end date, you will be charged at the applicable rate on arrival at the TFC and revert back to a Pay & Play member. If you miss us, then you are free to re-join at any time you like! All you need to do is to follow the purchase Red Membership steps.
